Glen Denlinger, LCSW, BCD, Director, received a bachelor's degree from Millersville University and a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. He is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work with over 18 years counseling experience, specializing in working with adults who suffer from depression and couples dealing with marital issues. Glen is a licensed minister; he is married and has two children. |

Diane
K. Brantley, MSW, Registered
Clinical Social Worker Intern under the supervision of Glen Denlinger -
received a bachelor degree in Psychology from Baylor University in 1989
and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Florida in
2001. She has 14 years experience working with children and families.
Diane provides counseling at Charis Center in addition to remaining as a
social worker with the Sarasota County school system. She is married, has
two children, and attends The Rock of Sarasota
Church. |

Melanie S. DuToit, LMHC, CRC, earned her Master in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults, blended families/stepparents, addictions, anger, depression, anxiety, stress and management of chronic pain/health issues. Melanie is a facilitator at our Monday Night Overcomers of Sarasota program and teaches classes in setting health boundaries/limits for ourselves (how to say "no"). She attends South Shore Community Church. |

Gerber, LMHC, earned his undergraduate degree in Social Welfare at Goshen College and received his Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development from Walsh University. He has had 29 years experience working with adults, teen, and families. Keith specializes in counseling anger management, men's issues, couples, and adolescents and their families. He is married, has two children, and attends Bahia Vista Mennonite Church. |

Lauren Herdrich, LHMC, received a Master of Arts degree from Vermont College of Norwich University and came to Charis from private practice at Wellspring Counseling, Inc., Portland, Maine where she was a Licensed Clinical Counselor for over 8 years. Lauren has special expertise in working with children and families as well as treating eating disorders. She started her career as an intern at Community Counseling Center of Portland, was Social Worker for a residential Gero-Psychiatric unit at Gorham House, and was Counselor for students with behavioral and emotional problems at Spurwink School in Maine. |

Janet L. LoGalbo, LCSW, received a Bachelor in Elementary Education degree
and then earned a Master in Social Work from Loyola University. With 17
years classroom experience, Jan~s years of experience as a therapist, her
work with teen court, peer mediation in schools, and training in Circuit
Court Family Mediation, give her a broad background on children and family
issues. She utilizes play therapy with children, provides couple and individual
counseling, and facilitates parenting classes. Jan is a member of St. Martha's
Church. |

Frank Lynch, LCSW, received
a Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University. He is a Board
Certified Diplomate in clinical Social Work with over 25 years of
counseling experience. Frank works with young adults, adults, seniors and
couples. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, panic, phobias,
obsessions, uni-polar and bi-polar depression, and issues related to major
illness, loss and grieving. Frank attends St. Martha's Church. |

Anne D. Nelson, CCMHC, LMHC, received a Master of Counseling degree from the University of Delaware and is a Master of Divinity Candidate at Lancaster Theological Seminary. Anne counsels individual adults and couples, specializing in personality disorders, depression, anxiety/panic, women in transition, and ADHD in families, and is a professional affiliate with American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Anne is a member of Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.

Frank Ouseley, PsyD, MS, is a Licensed Psychologist who received his doctorate from the American School of Professional Psychology (Arlington, Virginia) after receiving a Master of Arts in Psychological Services from Marymount University in Arlington, which followed bachelor's and master's degrees in Management. His studies have included clinical research on the integrative treatment of people suffering from anxiety disorders, particularly Vietnam veterans suffering from post traumatic stress disorders. One of Frank's special interests is meeting the emotional, relational, and spiritual counseling needs of older adults. He is an adjunct professor at Argosy University, Tampa. |

Robert L. Piper, LMHC, earned his Master in Rehabilitation Counseling from the
University of South Florida in 1984 after receiving a Bachelor in Communication
degree from Southern Illinois University in 1972. Bob works with adolescents
through adults and specializes in addictions, communication skills, and
relationships. He provides counseling at Charis Center in addition to remaining
on staff at First Step of Sarasota. Bob attends Whitfield Presbyterian Church. |
