Charis Center is a place of safety. Information is kept in strict confidence. We believe this is essential for emotional and spiritual growth. We cannot reveal information about you to others (including family members, physicians, and insurance companies) without your written permission. However, emergencies, including hurting yourself or others, child abuse, and some legal situations can be exceptions to maintaining confidentiality. Should we happen to meet you in public, to preserve your confidentiality we would not greet you unless you acknowledge us first.
